based on the 100 mile diet

I have included selections that are locally found from family farms and farmer's markets. this assures that all ingredients do not travel more than 100 miles to reach the table. "The closer to table, the better the taste!"

We are so lucky to live in bountiful British Columbia with easy access to artisan breads, cheeses and farm fresh produce. Local farms also provide organic poultry and meats and our waters team with seasonal salmon and halibut.
